Roadworks/Closures: M25 Junc 10/A3 w/c Monday 28 April

Update from National Highways:
We are writing to let you know about the upcoming closures for week commencing Monday 28 April 2025.
Please consider the below closures when planning your journey.
Our overnight closures usually start from 10pm and finish by 5.30am Monday to Thursday, and from 11pm Friday to finish by 6am on Saturday. These times can vary depending on the volume of traffic and when we can close the road safely.
Monday 28 April to Friday 2 May 2025: overnight M25 lane closures
For five nights, there will be lane closures on the clockwise (westbound) M25 between junctions 9 and 11 to carry out technology works. The M25 will remain open. The lane closures will be in place from:
- 10pm to 5.30am on each night from Monday 28 April to Thursday 1 May 2025
- 11pm on Friday 2 May until 6am on Saturday 3 May 2025
Monday 28 April to Friday 2 May 2025: overnight closures of the A3 in both directions
For five nights, the A3 will be closed in both directions between the M25 junction 10 and the B2215 at Send to allow surfacing works to continue on the southbound A3, and widening works to continue on the northbound A3.
Access for staff to the BP garages and other local services will be maintained during these times. The closures will be in place from:
- 10pm to 5.30am on each night from Monday 28 April to Thursday 1 May 2025
- 11pm on Friday 2 May until 6am on Saturday 3 May 2025
Southbound A3 diversion: Traffic will be diverted via the anticlockwise (eastbound) M25 to junction 9, then via the A243, A24, A246, A247 to re-join the southbound A3 at the Send interchange.
Northbound A3 diversion: Traffic will be diverted via the B2215, A247, A246, A24, A243, to then join the westbound (clockwise) M25 at junction 9, to rejoin northbound A3 at junction 10.
