Following a meeting with the Leader of Guildford Borough Council, Cllr Joss Bigmore, on 18th August 2021, the Chairs of East and West Horsley Parish Councils have jointly issued the following statement; along with the discussion note that was prepared for Cllr Bigmore ahead of the meeting.
