16 January 2007

The proposal is still at an early stage and no guarantees can be given that the scheme will definitely go ahead.  We do not yet know the selling prices or the rents at which the houses will be offered; we have taken no decisions about how many houses will be built.  Before we can move on and make these decisions, we need your help.

Does West Horsley Need a Parish Plan?

11 September 2006

A parish plan is a plan for the community produced by the community. The results are used to form a plan for local action and the plan can be used to influence others. The community set the questions and methods of consultation. Often Parish Councils take the lead in initiating Parish Plans but the steering group should be made up of a wide variety of community representatives.
