We meet regularly at 8pm in the Village Hall on the first Tuesday of the month (not August). All women are welcome, just turn up on the night or phone Sue on 281669 for further information.

West Horsley WI has a membership of about 50 women with a broad range of interests from walking to waste reduction, from theatre trips to golf, scrabble and ceramic painting.  We care about improving the health and lifestyle of people here and support women trying to improve their lot in developing countries.  Our monthly meeting usually includes a speaker on a topic chosen by the members.  There are opportunities during the month to join with friends and members of other WIs to share our hobbies and interests.

If you were a member you would:

• get to know other women who live in the village
• enjoy a variety of events and activities because WI is not a single interest group
• bring your family & friends to some outings
• be able to take a Study Break or short holiday at WI`s own Denman College in Oxfordshire
• have a WI member representing your interests on some government committees.
